Haunted Shootout 2023-24
2023-24 League Tournament
As part of HYHA's initiative to grow the program community & family atmosphere, HYHA has enrolled all teams in this years Haunted Shootout in Marlborough, MA.
The strength of the Haunted Shootout as a leaguewide tournament is its ability to bring both players and parent from different teams & age levels together. Players are encouraged to watch teams from other levels & ages and parents can meet and interact with the entire program.
We are strongly encouraging all teams to participate & help us grow the programs community.

Mite Additional Rules
- Locker Room Assignments posted next to team name (ex. Bulldogs LR#28) This schedule will be posted on signage as you enter rink 8 as well as on locker room doors.
- There are only (4) locker rooms in rink 8 in which you will be sharing a locker room with another team; not your opponent for that game. Locker rooms will be unlocked & gear must come out of the locker room after every game.
- Ice makes will be done every 2-4 games depending on setup. The setup for cross-ice boards can be lengthy and delay games, otherwise.
- We will need a team volunteer each game to help with flip board scoreboard for each half of ice. Our scoreboard operator will handle clock/buzzer. After each game please relay score to scoreboard operator.
- Attached is rule sheet; game play, standings, etc.
- SUNDAY: Each player will receive a medal and mini hockey stick after their last game.

Full American Breakfast Buffet is included in the rate up to 4 guests per guest room
Additional rollaway rental is $18.00 per bed, per night. It is subject to the state and local tax, currently 11.7%.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to arrival. Otherwise, credit cards will be charged one night's room and tax. It is required that all reservations be guaranteed with a one night's deposit by check or credit card.
GENERAL INFORMATION
Check-in is at 4:00pm. Guest Check-in cannot be guaranteed prior to 3pm on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 11:00am. Anyone checking out after 11am will be charged for a full-days room rate.
It is agreed that the individual will be responsible for payment of room, tax and personal charges.
