Registration for our Learn to Play Hockey / CLINIC program and our House Teams will take place on dates listed below

• Thursday, September 9th   5:00 p.m. – 7:00 p.m.
• Sunday, September 12th  9:00 a.m. – 11:00 a.m.
• Thursday, September 16th 5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m.

All registration sessions will take place at the Lou Astorino Rink, 595 Mix Ave in Hamden. All new and returning players must register at one of these registration sessions. Memebers of the coaching staff and the Board will be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

Families of all new players must bring with them a copy of their skater's birth certificate (which will be returned to you) and proof of insurance.

LTPH  (open to all first time hockey players) Free

Clinic: $400
$150 due at registration
$250 due by first ice (October 9)
                       
House: $650
$375 due at registration
$275 due when House teams are formed (about Nov 1)

All non-resident skaters are assessed a $100 non-resident fee which is due by first ice.

12th ANNUAL HAMDEN YOUTH HOCKEY GOLF CLASSIC
LAUREL VIEW COUNTRY CLUB
FRIDAY SEPTEMBER 17, 2010

This annual tournament is the major fund raiser for HYHA.  Net proceeds from the day go directly toward offsetting programs that benefit our skaters. Bernie Cassell's 2009 on-ice skills development sessions were paid from the funds generated by this tournament. In prior years, goalie clinics and our current HYHA uniforms have all been paid from this fundraiser.

In addition, families who have sold tee sponsorships have earned tens of thousands of dollars in credits since the tournament's inception. Some skaters have even skated for free!!!
Help us by coming out for a great day of golf and /or a fun night at the 19th hole later  that evening.

EARN REFUNDS TOWARD REGISTRATION FEES

We all know hockey is an expensive sport. There's no way around it. Short of hitting the lotto and hoping that ship your looking for finally comes in, here is the best opportunity for families to reduce their 2010-2011 registration fees.

For every Tee Sponsorship sold, the family who sells the Tee Sponsorships gets a $50 refund against their 2010-11 registration fees, up to the total cost of the family's total 2010-11 obligation to HYHA.

For every Corporate Sponsorship sold, the family who sells the Coporate Sponsorship gets $500 for every 18 Tee Sponsor OR $250 for every 9-hole Sponsor /Foursome.

The Golf Committee will issue the refunds shortly after the golf tournament.

For every Tee Sponsor sold that skater's family will receive one (1) entry in a drawing for FREE season of skating at HYHA.
